UL EM 50
UL EM 50 is a premier product from the house of Unique Lubricants. It is a fatty acid based emulsifier and includes various additives which are added precautionary and keeping in mind the best performance for the end customers which intend to make their own Wool Batching Oil. UL EM 50 is a standardized product that can be mixed in White oil or any other mineral oil provided the mineral oil is fit for the purpose of making Wool Batching oil. The ratio for which we manufacture the product depends upon the flash point and the viscosity of the mineral oil.
UL WOOL SOFT 100-A
Wool Soft 100-A is the wool batching oil formulated with the vast and valuable experience of the Unique Lubricants Team. This is applied by the spinning mills to make more leveled yarn and stronger yarns those results in more uniform blending of wool and wool blends. The rate of fly waste is reduced and increased rate of production promoted undoubtedly.The formulation consists of mineral oil and vegetable oil based emulsifier.UL Wool Soft 100-A is freely soluble in water forming milky emulsion and is fully washable.
